My book Bible Prophecy 2014-2015 identifies prophetic events that we can expect to see happen over the next couple of years. Well it’s 2015 so let’s take a look back and see how accurate my interpretations have been for 2014!

I think that Daniel chapter 7 describes the formation of three end time groups of nations (or Unions) that combine to form the next world empire. These Unions include the European Union, a new Russian Union, and a new Islamic Union that could cover Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. I am not certain exactly what territory this Islamic Union will initially include. I think that it could possibly consist only of Central Asian countries. We will have to wait and see. I am certain of one thing. This Islamic Union will be officially represented by a leopard.

Have any of these new Unions been created over the past year? Yes, as a matter of fact they have!

In May, 2014 Kazakhstan and Belarus joined Russia in a new Eurasian economic Union. I think this is a big first step. Ukraine was initially expected to join this Union. Those plans fell apart, but not for long. I think that it is evident to everyone that Russia will soon conquer Ukraine. By creating this Eurasian economic Union, Russia is broadcasting to the world their intentions of creating a new Russian political Union. Read my commentary The Bear is Upon Us!

Was there any sign of the formation of a new Islamic Union in 2014? You may not have heard yet but in November during a speech in Istanbul the new Turkish President Erdogan publicly announced his plan to create a new Islamic Union. Like I said before this Union will likely include nations in Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Read my commentary Erdogan announces plans for a Turkish led Islamic Union!!!

One of the major prophecies that I said would happen soon is the destruction of Damascus Syria. In a speech given at the World Economic Forum in Istanbul on Sept. 28, 2014 Turkish President Erdogan said “We will continue to prioritize our aim to remove the Syrian regime”. Turkey hasn’t besieged Damascus, Syria yet but they have already voted to do so. I still expect that Turkey will invade Syria and destroy its capital city of Damascus in the near future. Here is a prophecy that has come into focus recently. ISIS may be destroyed in Mosul by a flood! That might sound strange but the Prophet Nahum says that God will flood the place where the ancient city of Nineveh sat. Today the city of Mosul in northern Iraq is built around the ruins of Nineveh. Mosul is the headquarters of ISIS. I expect that Mosul will be flooded before the destruction of Damascus. Read all about Nahum and the end of ISIS in my new book The End of ISIS is near!

It’s rare that a prophecy teacher would dare to point out how accurate they have been. Today we have examined my year old predictions and I’d say that I did a pretty good job. Things are not over yet however. Some major end time prophetic events are just around the corner. Remember what has already happened, also keep looking forward. Please allow me to shed some light on end time events as we search the scriptures together.

I have updated my Bible Prophecy 2014-2015 Timeline. The same events are on the timeline. Some events have already begun to happen and some events have been moved forward because I think that they are still yet to come.
