Aiming for Hamah

Aiming for Hamah

Hamah will fall before Damascus

Hamah will fall before Damascus

By Craig C. White

Things have changed in Syria. Huge arms shipments have upset the balance of power there. Beginning in March 2015 Turkey and Saudi Arabia have teamed up to flood Al-Qaeda rebels in Syria with heavy arms. The rebels are thrilled. They say that they are now able to conquer Syria’s larger cities like Hamah, Syria’s fourth largest city. Hamah is located about 70 miles from Turkey in western Syria. Hamah is mentioned in Jeremiah 49:23. In Jeremiah the city of Hamah hears reports of a coming attack. Shortly afterwards Damascus is destroyed.

Jeremiah 49:23-25 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet. 24 Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail. 25 How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy!

Al-Qaeda rebels are fighting to take over Syria and to remove Syrian President Assad. The Free Syrian Army consists mostly of Al-Qaeda fighters from Libya. Al-Qaeda from northern Iraq (ISIS) and Al-Qaeda from Saudi Arabia are also fighting in Syria. These Al-Qaeda factions do not get along with one another. They are all fighting for their own preeminence over a vanquished Syria.

These huge arms shipments are being delivered mainly to the Free Syrian Army (or Al-Qaeda from Libya). Al-Qaeda from Libya is fighting on behalf of the Muslim Brotherhood as well as on behalf of Turkish President Erdogan. The goal is to install Muslim Brotherhood leadership in Syria. After that the plan is to take over the entire Middle east, central Asia and northern Africa. ISIS is the odd man out as far as Erdogan and the Muslim Brotherhood is concerned. That is because if ISIS (or Al-Qaeda from northern Iraq) conquers Syria then they would install their own leadership. The ISIS Caliphate is out. The Turkish Caliphate is in!

The heavily armed Free Syrian Army (Libya) is eager to strike Hamah. After that they will strike Damascus. Will they do this alone? I think that the bible hints at a Turkish led attack on Damascus, Syria. Most of these weapons have been shipped directly to Turkey’s capital city of Ankara. Ankara is located in the middle of Turkey far from the fighting in Syria.

In the bible the Antichrist is compared to the ancient Assyrian kings. In 734 BC the Assyrians attacked Syria and then attacked northern Israel. I think that Turkish President Erdogan will fulfill bible prophecy as he destroys Damascus and then leads the armies that are now fighting in Syria into northern Israel. Ezekiel chapter 38 describes this Turkish led invasion into Israel. Every nation that is listed in Ezekiel chapter 38 is fighting in Syria today!

Be alert! Soon our news broadcasts will be filled with reports about an attack on the city of Hamah in Syria. Expect Damascus to fall next!

Intelligence reports reach Hamath

Turkey prepares to attack Damascus

By Craig C. White

On July 28, 2015 NATO gave its approval for Turkey to attack Syria. Turkey’s parliament passed a mandate that allows the Turkish army to enter Syria over the next year. Turkish involvement in Syria has been protested by the Turkish people for the past few years. According to Jeremiah 49 Damascus will suffer attack and be destroyed.

Jeremiah 49:23 says that intelligence reports of the attack come to Syria’s northwestern cities. Today Hamah and Erfad are two of those cities. The attack emanates from the Turkish border!

Jeremiah 49:23 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.

Guess what? Syria’s northwestern cities are hearing those intelligence reports now!

Starting in early September 2013 Turkey has begun moving heavy military equipment along Syria’s northwestern border. Turkey’s military equipment includes tanks, rocket-launchers, missile launchers, and anti-aircraft guns. Turkish military planes have also flown in to the region; those include F-16 fighters, tanker, and cargo planes.

We have been told that Syria may have used chemical weapons, and that justifies overthrowing the Syrian government. Don’t be fooled. Whether or not Syria used chemical weapons; world powers will overthrow Syria. Jeremiah 49:25-27 tells us that Damascus will be besieged. The Syrians will not surrender; and all of the young men and Syrian army will be killed inside of the city.

I suspect that intelligence reports of a gathering attack will continue to increase. The next events that Jeremiah records are of terrified citizens in Damascus as they flee the city running for their lives. Damascus has a population of about 2.6 million in the metropolitan area. Hundreds of thousands of Damascus residents have already fled the city. Hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees have also fled to Damascus from outlying areas. I suspect that the entire city will empty except for the young men and the Syrian Army (Jeremiah 49:26).
