After Syrian President Assad is removed from power in Damascus will 500,000 foreign jihadists just turn around and go home?

Foreign fighters from Libya, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, and other nations are fighting in Syria. In their fifth year of fighting they are well armed and well trained. It is only 30 miles from Damascus, Syria to the Israel border!
