Great BIG Bible mess
Turkish conquest of Syria
By Craig C. White
AFRIN, Syria – March 9, 2018 – Turkish President Erdogan announced today that Turkish forces are ready to enter the northwestern Syria city of Afrin. Erdogan has vowed to go city by city removing the Syrian Kurdish forces from the Afrin region. The town of Tell Rifaat is in the Afrin region and is also mentioned in the Bible. Jeremiah predicts that Turkey will attack Hamah and Tell Rifaat and then destroy Damascus. These things are inching closer. Tell Rifaat is called Arpad in Jeremiah 49:23.
Jeremiah 49:23 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.
Concerning Hamah; the Syrian Army in Hamah is fighting against Al-Qaeda forces and other rebel groups in Idlib. Lately the Syrian Army has been winning. Now more Al-Qaeda forces are coming from other parts of Syria to help fight against the Syrian Army. So a major battle is brewing in Hamah. Just so that you know; most of the Al-Qaeda groups in Syria have recently organized under Turkish leadership.
While all of these things are happening, US backed Kurdish forces have stopped fighting ISIS in northeastern Syria and have moved west of the Euphrates River in order to help their brothers in the Afrin region. This leaves towns like Kobani at greater risk of attack by ISIS and also allows ISIS to regroup. Bad news all of the way around.
Also this week Turkish President Erdogan gave marching orders to 800,000 former Turkish soldiers promising to lead them into Syria. After the Turkish led forces terrorize Hamah and Tell Rifaat and then destroy Damascus, then expect them to invade the Golan Heights of Israel. This Turkish led invasion is described in Ezekiel chapter 38. By the way, I think that Jesus will return to cause these invaders to retreat when they enter Israel. Jesus will also collect his Church at that time. I would say that it’s High Time to Awake!
Craig,
The late Billy Graham wrote a book in the 1980’s, called “The Sounds of the Approaching Hoofbeats.” He was never one to make predictions, or really endorse one particular popular prophecy scenario. However, in his book he set forth the description of what the four horses of Revelation represented. His opinion was, that we as Christians should stand against death, deceit, war, and famine. The reason I mention this is that there seems to be no outcry against the rising antichrist of Turkey, or the Islamic Caliphate. The pacivist position of the world community seems to give credence to the rising of the antichrist and his agenda. An Islamic President who is waving an olive branch of peace in the face of the world should raise some major red flags, but all seem to be asleep, or is it a strong delusion? Erdogan says that the “Operation Olive Branch” is bringing safety, security, and humanitarian relief to innocent civilians. What about the Armenians, Kurdish People, and Christians in Turkey? No one seems to question his hatred towards Israel, and his obsession with the old man of the Ottoman Empire.
The fact that so many refuse to recognize that he is setting up Syria to be governed by the Muslim Brotherhood should be another red light to signal his true intentions. How many Christians are actually praying against the rise of the antichrist.
