Yes the Antichrist is identifiable now!

When I tell people that Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist everybody says that the Antichrist won’t be known. But they all have their own theories about his identity.
The verse below states that the Antichrist will be revealed after Satan is cast out of heaven. I know that almost everybody says that the “falling away” is the Rapture of the Church. Almost everybody is wrong. The falling away is Satan’s fall from heaven. Afterward Satan will empower the Antichrist. The Apostle Paul isn’t telling us anything new. He is referring to Isaiah 14:12.
2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
The next verse says that the Antichrist will be revealed in a specific way when he sits in the temple showing himself that he is god. HOWEVER!!! The gospels warn the residents of Jerusalem and Judea to watch for him as he approaches Jerusalem. So the Antichrist must be identifiable before he sits in the temple.
2Thessalonians 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
Yes the Antichrist will make a seven year agreement concerning Israel (Dan 9:27). That agreement is much closer than you think. But before that the Antichrist will do many other things that identify him. Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist. Next he will invade northwestern Syria, destroy Damascus, and then lead the forces that are now fighting in Syria into the Golan Heights of Israel! These are the same things that the ancient Assyrian kings did (Isaiah 10).
God will turn back the Turkish led invasion into the Golan Heights (Eze 38). I think that this will prompt the seven year treaty. It is definitely High Time to Awake!

Hi Craig. Great Tribulation, will mark the end time of the Gentiles and the beginning of a special time for the people of Israel. Before the Antichrist sitting in the temple could be an invasion of the Golan Heights, the conclusion of a peace treaty. Can we say that the Church should be ready before the start of any action against Israel.

Have you heard of Joel Richardson? He says that the Antichrist will be Islamic and maybe Pope Francis the Prophet. He has a couple of books about this. If you have not you can check the books out at Amazon and read a synopsis. Thanks. Fred Deatrich

Hi Fred. Yes I have read several of Joel’s commentaries. He is getting closer to identifying Turkish President Erdogan as the Antichrist. I agree with a lot of what he says but I disagree about a few details. We both agree that Turkey is the leader of the Islamic invasion into Israel that is described in Ezekiel chapter 38.
