Will the US respond to a false flag chemical attack in Idlib?
Just a warning everybody
By Craig C. White
Syrian troops are preparing an offensive against the last remaining rebel bastion in Syria, an assault that could draw in the US. Warnings about false flag chemical weapon attacks are popping up everywhere.
This week Russian President Vladimir Putin rejected Turkish President Erdogan’s request for a ceasefire in Syria’s northwestern province of Idlib. The Syrian Army with Russia’s help are prepared for an imminent assault on Idlib. The Turkish Army is supporting several Al-Qaeda rebel groups in Idlib. Turkish President Erdogan said that “Turkey won’t watch the killings of tens of thousands of innocent people from the sidelines”. So Turkey has made it clear that they will respond militarily if Syria attacks Idlib. The US has also demonstrated its intentions of responding to a Syrian attack. This week US Marine fighter jets flew live-fire missions across the Syrian desert.
The Prophet Jeremiah says that the northwestern Syria cities of Hamah and Tell Rifaat will hear evil reports and be terrified. Then the residents of Damascus will flee and Damascus will be destroyed. In the verse below, Tell Rifaat is called by its ancient name of Arpad.
Jeremiah 49:23 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.
Well the Syrian Army is in Hamah right now preparing to attack the adjacent province of Idlib. To make matters worse Russia has already begun making air-strikes on Idlib. The Turkish Army and Al-Qaeda rebel groups control Idlib. Turkish President Erdogan says that if Syria attacks Idlib then Turkey will attack the Syrian Army in Hamah. The Turkish Army is also amassed outside of Tell Rifaat. So it looks like Jeremiah 49:23-27 is about to begin.
Now here is the warning. More and more the news is talking about the US and the western nations being drawn into the fight for Idlib. Many say that a false flag chemical attack is being planned by Al-Qaeda in Idlib in order to infuriate the West to take action. The US has even been warning the Assad regime against using chemical weapons. Obviously any chemical attack perpetrated by Syria now would be a really bad move. It would only serve to draw in Western powers. It would make no strategic sense. Let me remind you that so far most alleged chemical weapons incidents that have been blamed on Syria have been thoroughly disproved. It seems to me that the US is planning to respond to any chemical attack that makes the news.
A US response would likely take the form of an air-strike on the Syrian Army in Hamah, and also a possible air-strike on Damascus. The Turkish Army would then undoubtedly lead the 100,000 man Al-Qaeda Army against Hamah and Tell Rifaat and eventually against Damascus.
Jeremiah says that Hamah will hear evil reports and be terrified. Jeremiah also says that there will be trouble on the sea. To me that means that the nations will be in turmoil over Hamah. Direct intervention by the US and Turkey against Russia and Syria would certainly upset the nations.
Thanks for this article Craig,
This is the scenario I was sort of playing out in my mind earlier today. Something will have to turn away Russia from defending Assad. I don’t think the US or Turkey is really concerned about what Iran will do.

I just heard that an enormous Turkish military convoy has entered Idlib.

Turkey has also given themselves an advantage on the western flank in Antalya (once Antioch). They have moved tanks and heavy artillery within missile range of Idlib. Assad is taking a huge gamble that Russia will remain his protector. I have read some reports that say his regime is in disarray at the leadership level, and Russia has been dealing with trying to keep Assad’s officers in check. Some 40 of his top brass have been killed or missing.
