Jordan is all about refugees

Jordan is all about refugees

Damascus & Judea

By Craig C. White

The Bible tells us that Jordan will be the home of many refugees during the end time.

Today about ten percent of Jordan’s population consists of refugees from Syria. When Damascus is destroyed many more Syrian refugees will flood into Jordan. They will head for the Jordanian town of Kerak. There is a large refugee camp in Kerak today.

Amos 1:5 I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the LORD.

Jordan will also be the home of many Israeli refugees during the Great Tribulation. They may also head for Kerak in the Moab region of Jordan. There is an ancient fortress there. Jordan will eventually turn against these Jewish refugees.

Isaiah 16:4 Let mine outcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.

Israeli’s from around Jerusalem are warned to flee to Jordan during the Great Tribulation. They will be sheltered and fed there for three and one half years. Psalm 83 is a prayer for help for the refugees as Jordan turns against them.

Psalm 83:3  They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.

Jesus Christ will wipe out Jordan at the end of the Tribulation.

Isaiah 34:6 The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the LORD hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea.

When Jesus arrives in Jerusalem his clothed will be saturated with the blood of Jordanians and also with the blood of the other armies that have gathered in Jordan to destroy the Israeli refugees.

Isaiah 63:1 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.

Jordan will also escape the clutches of the Antichrist!

Daniel 11:41 He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.

In the verses above, Edom, Moab, and Ammon are all ancient provinces in the country we now call Jordan.

  1. Craig,

The fact that Syrians are already fleeing should be very strong evidence that Isaiah, Psalms, Jeremiah, and Daniel are being fulfilled. I will be very surprised if Turkey doesn’t invade before the end of this summer.

    1. I agree. Syrians are fleeing into Jordan. It should be a loud alarm to the Church. But they are in a coma.

Amo 1:3-5 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron: 4 But I will send a fire into the house of Hazael, which shall devour the palaces of Benhadad. 5 I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the LORD.

Kir is now called Kerak in Jordan. There is already a large Syrian refuge camp there today. https://hightimetoawake.com/kir-is-kerak/

  3. Craig, firstly congratulations on your newly designed website. When you went quiet for a while there I was worried. Today is my first posted response after following your website for the past 3 years. It is abundantly clear that you have done a lot of Bible study and interpretations by updating us with modern day maps and places such as Arpad being Tell Rifaat, Ethiopia being Sudan, Nineveh being Mosul etc. I performed Google searches myself on many of these places which were in fact confirmed by Google. As a Bible reading person all my life, I have sorely missed these geographical name changes and the Bible did not always make sense to me. Thanks to your diligent work it now makes a lot more sense. I am fully with you on the Hagia Sophia event of 24th July 2020. Keep up the good work.
My appreciation stems from your statement: “Every battle against Israel has been modelled in ancient battles”. To my mind this is the really smart part of the Biblical plan of God. The principle theory here is that “history repeats itself”. Why is this smart? Bible prophesy events are geographically centred around the “ancient world” and not about introducing new countries and new events. Why not? The people who lived on earth, say five hundred years ago, did not know that there would be a US or Brazil or Australia. So if Bible prophesy somehow now throws these countries into the mix, people living before these countries were formed could have a valid argument when standing before God during the great judgment. They could say for example: if only I knew that NYC was the “Harlot City” or Rio was “Mystery Babylon” or Sydney was “Sodom”, I would have repented. By keeping matters consistent within the same framework of reference, God may now judge all people by the same standards. Is that not amazing wisdom and undisputed fairness? My opinion will be shot down by many who believe that the US, Brazil, Australia etc may shortly feature in Bible prophesy. I do believe that history will be repeated through the “ancient world” – how else could the Bible be relevant to every generation and God judge all of mankind by the same standards and be absolutely fair?

    1. Hi Etienne. Thank you for your very encouraging words. You have obviously been studying your Bible. And thank you for reading my commentaries. Yep I have rebuilt my website. I am trying to make it as secure as possible so it will survive the seven year long Tribulation period without me. I still think that Jesus Christ will return when the Turkish army reaches northern Israel. That shouldn’t be long now. God bless you, Craig C. White
