Turks and Kurds set to clash

Turkish and Al-Qaeda forces are racing US backed Kurdish forces to Al-Bab in northern Syria. ISIS has already retreated from Al-Bab.
Jeremiah 49:23 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.
Jeremiah says that after Hamah and Tell Rifaat (Arpad) hear evil reports of a coming invasion then the residents of Damascus flee and Damascus is destroyed. Al-Bab is located 30 miles east of Tell Rifaat. Jeremiah’s prophecy is inching closer.

EZEKIEL 38:5 IS BEING FULFILLED IN SYRIA!

Ezekiel 38:5 lists three nations that Turkey will lead in an invasion into Israel. They are Iran, Sudan, and Libya.
Ezekiel 38:5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:
Right now these nations are beginning to gather on the Golan Heights of Syria. Fighting against Israel has already begun. I think that after Turkey invades Syria and besieges its capital city of Damascus that Turkey will lead these nations into the Golan Heights of Israel!

Turkey will conquer Syria

We are being lied to about Turkey’s involvement in Syria. We were told that Turkey was going into Syria to fight ISIS. One day latter we were told that ISIS had been removed from the northwestern Syria border. Zero ISIS casualties were reported. In the meantime many Syrian Kurds have been killed by the Turkish led forces.
The last that I heard, about six hundred Turkish troops with tanks are leading 1,600 foreign Al-Qaeda rebels in Syria. ISIS is Al-Qaeda from northern Iraq. It has been reported that ISIS has joined the Turkish supported Al-Qaeda forces that are fighting in Syria. The Turkish Army is now advancing on the Kurdish town of Kobani. I suspect that Turkey will hand Kobani over to ISIS. Read my commentary titled Will Mosul fall after Kobani?
Turkey, Saudi Arabia, NATO, the EU, and the US have all been making deals with Russia concerning Syria. The Turkish Army has entered the sovereign nation of Syria. This is an act of war but nobody seems to mind. Russia is Syria’s ally but Russia has not objected to Turkey’s presence in Syria. When Russia entered Syria in October 2015 every Bible pundit warned that Russia was going to start World War III. Almost all of them said that Russia was going to lead the Middle Eastern nations into Israel like Ezekiel chapter 38 describes. They said that Russia was Gog and Magog. They were all wrong! I told everybody that Russia would not escalate the war against Turkey. That is because Gog is Turkey and Magog is its ruler! Turkey will soon lead the forces that are now fighting in Syria into northern Israel.
Jeremiah 49:23-27 describes Turkey as they enter Syria at its northwestern border near Hamah and Arpad (or modern day Tell-Rifaat). Turkey has already entered Syria just to the north of Tell-Rifaat but they have not attacked Tell-Rifaat yet. Instead the Turkish led Al-Qaeda forces have traveled eastward from Azaz. Azaz is just to the north of Tell-Rifaat. Both of these towns are just to the north of Aleppo.
US President Obama certainly hasn’t minded that the Turkish Army has invaded Syria. Just last week Obama visited Turkey President Erdogan and told him that he wouldn’t object to a joint US and Turkey attack on Aleppo Syria’s largest city. This week US Secretary of State John Kerry has concluded a deal with Russian President Putin concerning Syria. Turkey and the EU are praising its virtues. The deal primarily deals with Aleppo. It is being advertised as a ceasefire in order to provide humanitarian aid to Aleppo. Of course Turkey has vowed to continue fighting. My observation is that Russia was probably given concessions to allow the Turkish Army to continue fighting further into Syria.
We are being lied to. The US, Turkey, and the EU have all had their sites on toppling Syria for years. Syria is the first nation to be gathered into their new world empire.

Will ISIS rule a revived Assyrian Empire?

The ancient city of Nineveh was the capital of the Assyrian Empire. Today the northern Iraq city of Mosul is built around the ruins of ancient Nineveh. Mosul in Iraq is the hometown and headquarters of ISIS. So ISIS represents the ancient Assyrians and a new Assyrian State.
Isaiah chapter 10 predicts an Assyrian invasion into Israel. This invasion happened in 701 BC. In Isaiah 11:1 the return of the Messiah is announced. He will rule in Jerusalem as king. According to Isaiah Jesus Christ returns just after this Assyrian invasion. Therefore Isaiah chapter 10 could also predict another end time invasion into Israel. Because of Isaiah “the Assyrian” is viewed as a prototype of the Antichrist. The Antichrist will rule over the next World Empire.
The rise of ISIS has led some to consider the possibility that the next World Empire may be a revived Assyrian Empire. That is a reasonable observation. ISIS is winning the allegiance of other Islamist terror groups. ISIS is also systematically gaining territory in Syria and northern Iraq. But I think that their power will be contained to those regions.
ISIS seems to be establishing a revived Assyrian State but will it establish an empire? Will ISIS rule a revived Assyrian Empire? Will the Antichrist be from Assyria (or Mosul)? Maybe but I don’t think so.
There is another well-known prototype of the Antichrist in the Bible. His name is Antiochus Epiphanes. He ruled over one quarter of the Grecian Empire. His throne was in Syrian Antioch (now in Turkey). Antiochus Epiphanes did many of the same things that the Antichrist will do. He stopped the temple sacrifice (Daniel 9:27). Antiochus Epiphanes also conquered Egypt and attacked Jerusalem (Dan 11:36-45). The Antichrist will do these same things in the future.
Antiochus Epiphanes is another prototype of the Antichrist. The Bible tells us that the Antichrist will do some of the same things that Antiochus Epiphanes did. In Isaiah chapter 10 the Bible also tells us that the Antichrist will do some of the same things that the Assyrian kings did. In these instances the Bible isn’t telling us where the Antichrist is from. It is telling us what he will do!
Still, the rise of ISIS makes the thought of a revived Assyrian Empire somewhat compelling. Will ISIS rule a revived Assyrian Empire? Is there any way that we can know for sure? Well if ISIS was to suffer an overwhelming defeat; that might cause us to look for another revived World Empire to fulfill Bible prophecy.
The book of Nahum is all about the destruction of the ancient Assyrian capital city of Nineveh. Nineveh was destroyed by a flood along with three plundering armies in 612 BC. Like I said earlier the modern day city of Mosul is built in the same place as ancient Nineveh. The ruins of Nineveh lie in the middle of Mosul. I think that Nahum’s prophecies apply to both the city of Nineveh as well as to the city of Mosul. So if God were to wipe out ISIS in the city of Mosul with a flood along with three plundering armies then he would be giving the world one giant clue that the next World Empire will not be Assyrian led!

2016 Bible Prophecy TimelineIt’s here! The 2016 Bible Prophecy Timeline is here! I’ve got news for you. World events are shaping up to the near time fulfillment of end time bible prophecy. For instance Jeremiah 49 indicates the invasion of Syria from the Turkish border then Damascus is destroyed. Today the world is asking Turkey to create a “safe zone” inside of Syria next to the Turkish border. The northwest cities of Hamah and Arpad are identified in Jeremiah chapter 49 as hearing reports about a coming invasion. Today this is exactly the area that Turkey wants to conquer! The invasion of Syria by Turkey is the next event to look for on our 2016 Bible Prophecy Timeline.
As I study these bible prophecies I am becoming more convinced that the Rapture of the Church will precede many of these events. As I watch these events forming on the world stage I am more convinced that the Rapture will happen within the next couple of years. I think that the Rapture of the Church will happen before the fall of Satan from heaven (Rev 12:12). I think that Satan will fall before the Turkish led invasion into Israel called Gog and Magog in Ezekiel 38 (Rev 12:15). I think that the Turkish led invasion into Israel will happen after Turkey invades Syria and destroys Damascus. I think that the Turkish led invasion into Israel may prompt a Turkey & Israel peace treaty which may mark the beginning of the seven year Tribulation period. These events take us into the first part of the seven year Tribulation period. All of these events will not happen in 2016.

Turkey says that they have cleared the Syrian border of ISIS (or as they like to say DAESH) from Azaz to Jarablus in one day!
Now what they aren’t telling you is that Turkey’s primary target has been the Kurds. It has even been reported that ISIS joined Turkey to fight the Kurds at Jarablus.
When Turkish officials say terrorist or DAESH they usually mean the Kurds or the Syrian Army.
I can only suspect that Turkey will now attack Hamah and Arpad (or Tell Rifaat) just like Jeremiah 49:23-27 says.

Syrian Army fighting in Hamah

Almost nobody is reporting this but the Syrian Army has been fighting a major battle in northern Hamah Province in Syria. The Syrian Army is gaining ground against Syria’s Al-Qaeda branch. This is certain to upset Turkey.
The northwestern city of Hama is mentioned in Jeremiah 49:23. According to Jeremiah Hamah will hear reports about a coming invasion then the residents of Damascus will flee. Then Damascus will be destroyed. Hamah is located near the Turkish border. This invasion will most probably come from Turkey.

The town of Arpad is also mentioned in Jeremiah 49:23. The Turkish Army has been amassed along the Syrian border just to the north of Arpad for the past couple of years. This week Turkey sent a small number of tanks and troops into Syria just to the north of Arpad. Today the town of Arpad is called Tell Rifaat.
The Turkish Army is on the offensive. Expect the Turkish Army to make advances on Hamah and Arpad or Tell Rifaat. Then expect the residents of Damascus to flee. After that Damascus will be destroyed. It is High Time to Awake!

Prelude to the destruction of Damascus

About fifty Turkish soldiers along with some tanks have entered Syria just to the north of Tell Rifaat. For now I think that the Turkish Army is moving east. I don’t think that they are moving against Tell Rifaat yet but that could change.
Jeremiah says that after Hamah and Arpad (or modern day Tell Rifaat) hear about a coming invasion then the residents of Damascus flee and Damascus is destroyed.

This is the second incursion into Syria by the Turkish Army in the past few days. About 5,000 Al-Qaeda rebels sponsored by Turkey and the US entered Syria from the Turkish border west of the Euphrates River near Jarablus last week. These rebels where supported by Turkish tanks and about 1,000 Turkish soldiers. Now Turkey has sent another small group of soldiers into Syria near Azaz and Tell Rifaat. Perhaps the purpose of this relatively small incursion is to clear hostile forces on the east side of Tell Rifaat so that when the Turkish Army finally does enter Syria in mass that they can do so without resistance on their eastern flank.
Has Jeremiah’s prophecy begun? Not quite yet. Jeremiah says that Hamah and Arpad (or Tell Rifaat) hear of an approaching invasion. Jeremiah says that when the Turkish Army gathers against these cities their residents will be terrified. The Turkish Army isn’t assaulting these towns in mass yet.
There is also a lot happening in Hamah. The Syrian Army has recaptured areas in the northern Hamah province and Al-Qaeda rebels have also made advances. I haven’t heard that the Turkish Army has mobilized against Hamah yet but it seems that these latest maneuvers could be in preparation for a large scale attack.
