Turkey wants to go into northwestern Syria
Jeremiah 49:23 fulfilled!

Turkish President Erdogan says that a safe zone must be created in northwestern Syria. This is the same area that is identified in Jeremiah 49:23-27.
Jeremiah 49:23-27 describes an invasion into northwestern Syria near the Turkish border. After the Syrian towns of Hamah and Tell Rifaat hear reports of a coming invasion then the residents of Damascus will flee and Damascus will be destroyed. Turkey will destroy Damascus.
Jeremiah 49:23-25 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet. 24 Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail. 25 How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy.
Turkish President Erdogan will destroy Damascus. Erdogan is Magog the end time invader of Israel. Erdogan is the Antichrist.

Trump bombs Syria airbase. Calls on Turkey to help fight Assad in Syria
The end time is upon us!

The US has launched around fifty missiles into a Syrian airbase on Thursday April 4, 2017. Trump says that he doesn’t want to pull US troops further into the war in Syria. Trump called on “civilized nations” for help to fight Assad in Syria. The only US allied nation in Syria is Turkey. Even before these missile attacks Turkish President Erdogan had already agreed with the US to send Turkish troops further into Syria. Erdogan announced last week that Turkey had plans to make more military advances into Syria this spring. Erdogan admitted that Turkey has entered Syria for the sole purpose of removing Assad from power in Damascus. The Turkish advance into Syria has been planned for many months.
The Prophet Jeremiah describes an invasion coming from the Turkish border near Hamah and Tell Rifaat. After these Syrian cities hear reports about a coming invasion then the residents of Damascus will flee, and Damascus will be Destroyed. Turkey will destroy the capital of Syria in the neighborhood of “Old Damascus”.
Turkish President Erdogan is anxious to enter Syria in force. He has already said that he wants to target the Kurds in northwestern Syria between Hamah and Tell Rifaat. He also wants to remove Assad from power in Damascus. This is Jeremiah 49:23-27.
Jer 49:23-27 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet. 24 Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail. 25 How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy! 26 Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD of hosts. 27 And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Benhadad.
Today the northwestern Syria city of Arpad is called Tell Rifaat. Turkey will attack Hamah and Tell Rifaat first and then march down to Damascus and destroy Syria’s capital. Damascus will become a ruinous heap!
On top of all this ISIS in Mosul is gathered in the Old Town neighborhood in Mosul at the Al-Nuri Mosque. The Prophet Nahum says that ISIS will be gathered together when they are destroyed in a flood of water. Nahum also says that the palace in Mosul will be dissolved in the flood. I think that that palace is the Al-Nuri Mosque.
Nahum 1:8 But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.
All of these things could happen in a matter of days!

I think that the claim that Assad used chemical weapons is a ruse. Turkish President Erdogan announced this week that Turkey has plans to launch new attacks in Syria this spring. Public opinion is being softened to accept a Turkish invasion into Syria. Erdogan admitted that Turkey entered Syria explicitly to remove Assad from power in Damascus.

Turkish President makes stand against Europe and Christendom

Turkish President Erdogan has declared war between cross and crescent, between Christianity and Islam. Erdogan threatened that Turks in Europe will rise up against Europeans.
Erdogan along with his supporters plan to convert the ancient Christian cathedral Hagia Sophia into a mosque. Erdogan plans to lead Muslim prayers there even though it is unlawful for a secular leader to do so. By leading Muslim prayers Erdogan is proclaiming himself as an Islamic Imam. For eight decades the Hagia Sophia has stood as a symbol of Turkey’s dedication to a secular society, accepting of both Islam and Christianity. Converting the old church into a Mosque will declare that Turkey and Islam have usurped Christianity. The war between cross and crescent will have officially begun.
In the attached article, Walid Shoebat suggests that this could fulfill 2Thessalonians 2:4. I think that this is worth considering.
2Thessalonians 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
There will obviously be a physical temple building during the Tribulation period. In Revelation the Apostle John was instructed to measure its physical dimensions.
Rev 11:1-2 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. 2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
I wonder if the following two passages are describing two separate events.
Mat 24:15-16 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Verses

Matthew 24:15-16 could be referencing theses verses Dan 9:27, Dan 12:11.
Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
2Thessalonians 2:4 could be referencing these verses Isa_14:13; Eze 28:2, Dan 7:25, Dan 8:9-11, Dan 11:36; Rev 13:6.
Ezekiel 28:2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:
Dan 11:36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.
I wonder if the Antichrist standing in the temple of God (2Thess 2:4) is a separate event than the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place (Mat 24 15:16). I wonder if Turkish President Erdogan standing in the Hagia Sophia showing himself that he is God could fulfill 2Thessalonians 2:4.

Click to see the next Jewish Temple on Google Maps!This is wild. A 3D street view rendering of the 3rd Temple in Jerusalem can be viewed on Google maps. I guess that somebody is expecting a new Jewish Temple to be built on the Temple Mount. In fact some Israeli Rabbis have been negotiating with the Islamic world over the past few years about building a new temple. They say that building a new temple will usher in lasting peace. Unfortunately when they say peace and safety then sudden destruction will come upon them (2Thessalonians 5:3). So the presence of a new temple in Jerusalem is a sign that Israel’s time of trouble is right around the corner.
Daniel 9:27 indicates that the Antichrist will put an end to temple sacrifices during the Tribulation period. This verse seems to suggest that provisions for the new temple will be part of the seven year term agreement that the Antichrist makes regarding Israel. This treaty could also involve other world powers.
Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
Revelation 11:1-2 indicates the presence of a temple in Jerusalem during the Tribulation. The nations around Israel will have control over the outside of the temple.

This is unmistakable evidence that Israel’s time of trouble is near. The Resurrection and Rapture may be even nearer! Prepare to meet your God!

Mosul, Damascus, Golan Heights, fall of Satan

The 2017 Bible Prophecy Timeline looks a lot like the 2016 Bible Prophecy Timeline. There is one profound difference. It is apparent that so many of these events are just about to happen. I don’t know which one will begin first. Let’s start with the flooding of ISIS in Mosul. The Prophet Nahum predicted the flooding of the ancient Assyrian capital city of Nineveh. Today Nineveh is called Mosul in northern Iraq. Nineveh flooded in 612 BC. Then the Babylonians, Persians, and Medes ransacked the city until nothing was left. The flooding of Nineveh put an end to the Assyrian Empire. God told Nahum that the Assyrian Empire will not rise a second time. Today ISIS is trying to establish a new Assyrian Empire. ISIS is headquartered in Mosul (or Nineveh). The same three nations that overthrew Nineveh are fighting against ISIS in Mosul. The Mosul dam is in danger of bursting. It could be that Nahum also predicted the flooding of ISIS in Mosul! The battle to retake Mosul has already begun. The flooding of Mosul could happen any day! The flooding of Mosul could be the end time sign that Jesus is Israel’s true Messiah, and that Israel’s time of trouble is about to begin.
Jeremiah 49:23-27 describes an invasion into northwestern Syria and the following destruction of Damascus. Jeremiah 49:23 mentions two cities in northwestern Syria. They are Hamah and Arpad. Today Arpad is called Tell Rifaat. The Turkish Army has already entered Syria at its northwestern border. As of November 2016 the Turkish Army is 30 miles away from Tell-Rifaat. Also some 50,000 Turkish troops are amassed on Syria’s northwestern border. Turkey President Erdogan has pledged to remove Syria President Assad from power in Damascus. Remember that the destruction of Damascus begins with an attack on Hamah and Tell Rifaat. It looks like this could happen any day!
There is another Bible prophecy that is already forming. Ezekiel chapter 38 describes Turkey as they lead Iran, Libya, and Sudan into Israel. These last three nations are already gathered in the Golan Heights of Syria. Turkey will launch a large scale attack on northwestern Syria and then destroy Damascus. Afterward Turkey will lead the forces that are fighting in southern Syria into the Golan Heights of Israel. The fact that Iran, Libya, and Sudan are already gathered in southern Syria makes me believe that all of these events will happen relatively quickly.
2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 tells us that two events must happen before the seven year long Tribulation period begins. These two events are the falling of Satan from heaven to Earth and then the empowering of the Antichrist by Satan. I wonder if the falling of Satan will be an event that the world will recognize. Jesus said “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven”. I wonder if the fall of Satan will be a visually spectacular event. It is possible that we will recognize the falling away of Satan by the signs and wonders that help to identify the Antichrist. By the way Turkey President Erdogan is fulfilling many of these prophecies. Erdogan is the Antichrist.
The Rapture of the Church is designed to rescue Christians from the terrible time of trouble that is coming upon the world. Up until now Satan has been in heaven accusing Christians of sinning. Revelation 12:7-12 says that there will be a war in heaven and that Satan will be cast out. I think that Satan will be cast out of heaven to Earth and then the Antichrist will perform false miracles. Then Jesus Christ will come to save Christian believers. I expect the fall of Satan and the Rapture of the Church to happen soon; maybe even this year.
There are three battles in the Bible called “Gog and Magog”. They are described in Ezekiel chapter 38, Ezekiel chapter 39, and Revelation 20:8. In all three battles Turkey leads the nations of the old world into Israel. In all three battles Satan empowers a Turkish ruler. The first battle of Gog and Magog is described in Ezekiel chapter 38. I think that this is the Turkish led invasion into the Golan Heights that is already gathering today. This invasion will fail. The second battle of Gog and Magog is described in Ezekiel chapter 39. This is the same as the battle of Armageddon that happens at the end of the Tribulation period. The third battle of Gog and Magog will happen at the end of the one thousand year reign of Jesus Christ in Jerusalem. Satan will be released from prison for a short time and will once again lead the nations against Israel. Satan seems to be the instigator of the Turkish led invasions into Israel. This leads me to believe that Satan will fall from heaven before Turkey leads Iran, Libya, and Sudan into the Golan Heights of Israel. Remember that these nations are already fighting in the Golan Heights of Syria. If the Resurrection and Rapture of Church age believers happen after the fall of Satan then we are very near to that day!

Satan has not yet been cast out of heaven
But it could happen any day.

The Devil was once an attractive angel named Lucifer. It is evident that the Devil has fallen from his former more glorious estate. The name Lucifer means “morning star”. The name Satan means “adversary”. But Satan has not yet been cast out of heaven for good.
Ezekiel 28:14-17 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. 16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. 17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
In the previous verses God says that He will cast Satan out of heaven and also that He will cast him to the ground. After God throws Satan to the earth, Satan will be further humiliated so that earthly kings will look at his demise. This has not happened yet but it will happen when Jesus Christ returns at the end of the Tribulation period (Rev 20:2). By the way, the prophecy of Ezekiel 28 was written around 580 BC, so Satan had not yet been cast out of heaven at that point.
Satan still has access to God’s throne in order to accuse believers. In the book of Job Satan is seen traveling between heaven and earth. The book of Job is thought to be one of the oldest writings of the Old Testament.
Job 1:7-11 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. 8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? 9 Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought? 10 Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. 11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.
Satan is again seen accusing believers in Revelation 12:10. In Revelation Satan is cast out of Heaven. This event ushers in the kingdom of God.
Rev 12:9-10 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Satan is cast out for good sometime before the Tribulation period begins. In 2Thessalonians chapter 2 the Apostle Paul tells us that two events must happen before the Tribulation can begin. They are the casting out of heaven of Satan and the revealing of the Antichrist with Satanically enabled false signs and wonders.
2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.
2Th 2:9-10 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
Yes “a falling away” is the casting out of heaven of Satan. In 2Thessalonians Paul isn’t giving us new details about the end time. In other words, he isn’t telling us that the Holy Spirit will be removed from earth or that the Church will fall away from faith. Instead Paul is referencing Old Testament prophecy. In 2Thessalonians 2:15 Paul tells Church age believers to rely on the Old Testament and also on Paul’s letters in order to determine which events precede the period of God’s wrath on earth known as the Tribulation..
2Th 2:15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
Satan will be cast out of heaven to the earth. He will then empower the Antichrist to perform false miracles. Turkish President Erdogan is identifiable as the end time invader of Israel. In Ezekiel 38:1-3 he is called the “chief prince” of Turkey. So Erdogan is the Antichrist! He has already been proclaimed as the divine Mahdi of Islam using false miracles. After Satan falls we can expect to see satanic signs following. It is High Time to Awake!

Guide to who’s fighting who in Syria?

Who is fighting who in Syria? Let’s make this easy; Al-Qaeda is fighting against Syrian President Assad and the Syrian Army. Hezbollah is fighting for Assad. Al-Qaeda is from Libya, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. Hezbollah is from Iran and Lebanon. Almost all of these nations are listed in Ezekiel chapter 38. Ezekiel chapter 38 describes Turkey as it leads Libya, Iran, and Sudan in an invasion into Israel as Saudi Arabia and Lebanon look on. Read my commentary titled “Magog Made Easy!”.
Lately Syrian citizens have joined Assad and the Syrian army to help defend their country. The Syrian National Defense Force is a newly formed civilian guard.
According to Jeremiah chapter 49, Damascus will be attacked and its defenders will be killed. Compare the Syrian National Defense Force to Jeremiah 49:26 below.
Jeremiah 49:26 Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD of hosts.
In this verse the young men are contrasted to the men of war. The men of war obviously represent the Syrian Army. I think that the Syrian National Defense Force are represented by the young men in this verse. The Turkish Parliament has cleared the way for a Spring 2017 national referendum that will give Turkish President Erdogan complete authority over the Turkish government. The referendum could extend Erdogan’s time in office until 2029. It would also eliminate the position of Prime Minister giving Erdogan total executive authority. The referendum would also allow Erdogan to stack the Turkish Parliament giving his AKP Party an overriding majority.
The Presidential term in Turkey is five years. If the referendum passes then the term would remain at five years. Erdogan would assume the powers of the executive presidency immediately after the referendum, but the electoral clock would reset in 2019 and he would then be allowed to run for two more five-year terms.
Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist. He is the “chief prince” or primary governor of Turkey described in Ezekiel chapter 38 and 39. According to Ezekiel chapter 38 and 39 a Turkish ruler will lead two end time invasions into Israel. Ezekiel 38 describes Turkey as it leads Iran, Libya, and Sudan into Israel. This invasion will fail. All of these nations are fighting in the Golan Heights of Syria now. They are already shelling Israel. I expect the Turkish Army to enter Syria in force soon and then destroy Damascus. Then Turkey will lead the forces that are already fighting in the Golan Heights of Syria into the Golan Heights of Israel.
