Ezekiel chapter 38 describes a Turkish led invasion into Israel. Turkey will lead Iran, Sudan, and Libya into Israel.

Today Iran, Sudan, and Libya are all gathered in the Golan Heights of Syria. They are already fighting against Israel. The Golan Heights are divided between Syria and Israel. The Iranian Republican Guard and Hezbollah fighters from Iran are now present in the Golan Heights of Syria. The Free Syrian Army is also present. The Free Syrian Army is not Syrian. The Free Syrian Army is Al-Qaeda. The Free Syrian Army is comprised mostly of Libyans. Sunni Al-Qaeda fighters from Sudan have also joined the Free Syrian Army. Some Sudanese from South Sudan are fighting with Hezbollah. The Syrian Army is also present in southern Syria although they are not listed in Ezekiel as part of the Turkish led invasion into Israel. It is likely that the Syrian Army will be forced to retreat back to defend Damascus as Turkey invades Syria in force!
Ezekiel told us about this two thousand six hundred years ago. Craig C. White told you about this five years ago but few are listening.
Turkey will destroy Damascus and then lead these nations into the Golan Heights of northern Israel. This invasion will fail prompting Daniel’s seven year treaty that begins the Tribulation. Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist. The Resurrection and Rapture will happen before the Tribulation. It is High Time to Awake.

A Sultan is the political and religious ruler of a Turkish empire. Every past Sultan of the Turkish ruled Ottoman Empire had his own Mosque built that was dedicated to himself. Guess what? Turkish President Erdogan has commissioned the building of a mega Mosque in Istanbul with a capacity to seat 30,000 worshipers. The Mosque is being built on top of the highest hill in the Asian part of the city overlooking the Bosporus towards Europe. The Mosque property covers the area of more than 2,000 soccer fields. This will be the largest Mosque in Turkey with the tallest Minarets in the world. The name of the Mosque suggests that it will be dedicated to the Sultan of the Turkish Empire. Wait for just one minute! There is no Turkish Empire today. For that matter there isn’t a Sultan either. What is Erdogan up to? All parties involved suspect that Turkish President Erdogan wants to be the new Sultan of a revived Turkish ruled Ottoman Empire.
Erdogan also built the largest palace in the world for himself in Turkey’s capital city of Ankara. It is called the “White Palace”; the word “white” meaning pure and clean. It sits on top of the highest hill overlooking Ankara. The White Palace is built in a preserved area of land that was dedicated to Suleyman Shah the grandfather of the founder of the Ottoman Empire. It is illegal to build on the preserve but Erdogan built there anyway. Erdogan defied two court rulings to stop the building. Erdogan has given his Presidential Palace some religious significance by connecting it to a nearby Mosque. Erdogan’s presidential palace is built high on a hill in Ankara between the Mediterranean Sea, the Black Sea, and the Caspian Sea. That sounds a lot like where the prophet Daniel said that the Antichrist will build his palace.
Dan 11:45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.
That’s not all. Turkish President Erdogan has created another layer of government in Turkey that oversees the old government. He has created several new ministries controlled by the President that direct Turkey’s existing ministries. That means that the President has authority over everything. But wait there’s more. On June 7, 2015 Turkey will hold an important Parliamentary election. Erdogan hopes that his AKP party will win a majority in the Parliament giving him the ability to rewrite Turkey’s constitution. Erdogan has openly declared that he intends to make Turkey’s government President ruled. That would make him the absolute authority over Turkey.
By the way there is now a public campaign in Turkey claiming that Erdogan is god. They even rewrote the Turkish national anthem adding the line, “Erdogan always gets his power from Allah”.
You may not realize that this is a bible study but it is. Turkish President Erdogan intends to revive the Turkish ruled Ottoman Empire with himself at its head. He intends to bring many other nations under Turkish control beginning with Syria. The Bible tells us that the Antichrist will invade Syria and then invade Israel just like the ancient Assyrian kings did. I hope that you are listening. Erdogan is the Antichrist. He has already claimed to be god. He has recently declared that he should be dictator in Turkey. He will soon invade Syria and then lead the forces that are already fighting in Syria today into Israel!

Barack Obama, Donald Trump, Jared Kushner, the Pope, Prime Minister of Greece Alexis Tsipras, French presidential candidate Emmanuel Macron, Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, Prince William of England, Hillary Clinton; all of these people have been proposed as being the Antichrist. But I am here to tell you that the true Antichrist is not on this list at all.
Christians continually make rash guesses about the identity of the true Antichrist. Their guesses are typically based on adding up the numbers of names to equal 666, or on some Bible code that they have suddenly discovered, or on a ghostly visitor they have encountered in their own dreams. Often Christians form their staunch beliefs solely on their own fuzzy feelings or even on something that they watched in a movie. They hardly ever offer any sound Biblical evidence. Try as you may you can not change their minds once they have them made up.
The Antichrist is alive today and his identity is very evident based on the description that the Bible provides. The Antichrist is compared to the ancient Assyrian kings in the book of Isaiah because the Antichrist will do the same things that the Assyrian kings did. The Antichrist will conquer Syria (Jer 49:23-27, Isaiah 17:1) and then invade northern Israel (Eze 38). He will come back latter to invade southern Israel (Eze 39, This is the same as the battle of Armageddon). Turkish President Erdogan has vowed to remove Syrian President Assad from power in Damascus. According to Jeremiah 49:23-27 the northwestern cities of Syria will hear about an invasion coming from the Turkish border. Next the residents of Damascus will flee into Jordan (Amos 1:3-5). Then the Turkish Army will march to Damascus to destroy it utterly. Today the Turkish Army is lined up along the Syrian border.
Ezekiel 38:2 describes the “chief prince” among Meshech and Tubal. Meshech and Tubal were the first princes that were set over provinces in the land that we call Turkey today. Most Bible maps show them there. The “chief prince” of Meshech and Tubal is describing the primary governor among the provinces of Turkey! Turkish President Erdogan was the Prime Minister of Turkey for twelve years before he was elected as President in December 2014.
Turkish President Erdogan is in fact the real Antichrist! He is in the process of reestablishing the Turkish led Ottoman Empire. He already has much of the Islamic world on his side. An end time Islamic Union is represented by a leopard in Daniel 7:6. This Islamic Union will combine together with the European Union along with the new Russian Union to form the next World Empire. Turkish President Erdogan will eventually become its lone ruler.
The Bible says that the Antichrist will exalt himself above the God of Israel (2Th 2:4). Turkish President Erdogan has already been declared as being “equal to Allah” by the highest council of Muslim clerics in Turkey. The Islamic world is looking to Erdogan to usher in their promised Islamic Caliphate.
When I tell you that Turkish President Erdogan is in fact the Antichrist. I am not just guessing! My analysis is not based on misguided feelings. I am openly presenting the Biblical evidence so that nobody can doubt.
The Islamic world knows that Turkish President Erdogan is healing the wounded head (Rev 13:1-3) of the Turkish led Ottoman Empire and they are cheering him on! Why can’t Christians recognize the true identity of the Antichrist even when faced with overwhelming Biblical evidence that was written for their own understanding? Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist! Next he will invade Syria (Jer 49:23-27) from its northwestern border and then destroy Damascus (Isaiah 17:1). Afterward he will lead an invasion into the Golan Heights (Eze 38)! The entire world is already talking about taking the Golan Heights away from Israel!
Do you think that you know who the Antichrist is? Well did you know that Daniel says that the Antichrist will invade Egypt by many ships. Will your Antichrist candidate do that? Mine says that he will.
Daniel 11:40 And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.
Turkey is located just three hundred miles across the Mediterranean Sea from Egypt. Turkey has embarked on a massive naval personnel carrier building program. Turkish President Erdogan has vowed to reinstate Muslim Brotherhood Presidential candidate Mohammed Morsi back into office in Egypt. Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist.
The Antichrist will do many other things that the Bible tells us about. He will make a covenant with Israel and then oppress them terribly. Turkish President Erdogan is already in the process of finalizing the Turkey-Israel reconciliation agreement. Erdogan has already announced that Jerusalem must be conquered for Islam! Will the pope accomplish these things? Will your own pet Antichrist candidate accomplish these things?
Turkish President Erdogan really is the Antichrist. He will rule during the coming seven year long Tribulation period. Christians will be removed from the earth before the Tribulation begins. The Resurrection and Rapture is very near! It is High Time to Awake!

World governments have their sites on the Golan Heights in northern Israel as they seek a diplomatic solution to remove Syrian President Assad. They are trying to negotiate a deal that would give the Israeli portion of the Golan Heights to Syria. Turkey, the US, the UN, and the EU are all onboard.
According to Jeremiah 49:23-27 Turkey is the obvious candidate that will conquer Syria and destroy Damascus. Turkish President Erdogan wants to remove Assad from Damascus and then install a Muslim Brotherhood ruler over Syria.
The Bible compares the Antichrist to the ancient Assyrian kings because he will do the same things that the Assyrian kings did. The Assyrian kings conquered Syria and then invaded northern Israel. Turkish President Erdogan is ready to do both of these things.
Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist. Even before the Turkish Army had entered Syria he already had intentions to take the Golan Heights. This Turkish lead invasion into northern Israel is described in Ezekiel chapter 38. It is known as the battle of Gog and Magog. Turkey will lead Iran, Libya, and Sudan into Israel. All of these nations are already fighting in Syria and Iran has already fired missiles into the Golan Heights. Every nation that is mentioned in Ezekiel chapter 38 is already involved in the Syrian war. God will cause these armies to retreat from Israel using torrential rain, disease, and God will cause these armies to fight against one another.
The world has declared its desire to take the Golan Heights from Israel. Israel has already defended the Golan Heights against Iran (Hezbollah as well as the Iranian Army) and Libya (The Free Syrian Army, also known as the “moderate rebels”). Turkey will conquer Syria, destroy Damascus, and then lead the forces that are fighting in Syria today into the Golan Heights.
Today there is increased fighting on the Golan Heights. Iran and Hezbollah are fighting Libyan Al-Qaeda rebels (AKA the Free Syrian Army). The Syrian Army is preparing a major offensive.
Ezekiel chapter 38 describes Turkey as it leads Libya, Iran, and Sudan into Israel.
The handwriting is on the wall. Christians and Jews should recognize the events of our day. It is High Time to Awake.

Guess what. Turkey is about to attack Damascus and then invade Israel. Turkish President Erdogan is the chief prince of Turkey (Ezekiel 38:1-3) and he is also the Antichrist. Soon he will create an Islamic Union that is represented by a leopard in Daniel chapter 7. This Islamic Union will become part of the next World Empire. Jesus will destroy the Antichrist along with his empire at his second coming. Christians have very little time to wait before the resurrection and Rapture of Church age believers.
When it comes to Bible prophecy you can be smarter than your pastor in just one day! No kidding; and it’s easy too! There is a battle brewing in Syria that will soon spill over into Israel. Turkey will invade Syria, decimate its capital city of Damascus, and then lead the troops that are fighting in Syria in an invasion into Israel. It is all explained in the Bible! Every Christian should be alert to this possibility!

Erdogan is the Antichrist!

I’ve been telling people that Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist for over six years now. It seems to me that that is an important piece of information but nobody seems to care. Erdogan is the Antichrist. He will conquer Syria, destroy Damascus, and then lead an invasion into the Golan Heights of Israel. That is just for starters. Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist. After seven years of tribulation on earth he will be destroyed by Jesus Christ at his second coming. Ho Hum, we don’t care. Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist. Before the Tribulation begins, every Christian who ever lived will be raised up out of their graves and then taken away into heaven. If you believe in Jesus Christ then that includes you too! That means that the Resurrection and Rapture of the Church is very very close! I thought that you might like to know. Perhaps you would like to tell your friends and your pastor.

Lately Turkish President Erdogan has been claiming to be god! According to the Bible that is something that the Antichrist will do.
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
Turkish President Erdogan has also announced his plans to form of a new Islamic Union led by Turkey. Erdogan has made his desire to reestablish the Turkish ruled Ottoman Empire very clear. Erdogan has also vowed that he will remove Syrian President Bashar Assad from power in Damascus. Erdogan has also vowed to reinstate Muslim Brotherhood Presidential candidate Mohamed Morsi back into power in Egypt. These are all things that the Bible tells us that the Antichrist will do.
The Antichrist will do many other things. So will Erdogan. Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist. Here is why, and here is why the Antichrist will destroy Damascus and then invade Israel!
First the Antichrist is called the Assyrian (Isaiah 10 and elsewhere) because he will do the same things that the Assyrian kings did! The Assyrian Kings led two separate invasions into Israel. First they invaded Syria plus northern Israel in 734 BC. Second they invaded southern Israel in 701 BC.
You would probably say that Isaiah 17 is about the future destruction of Damascus, and you would be right. But Isaiah 17 is foremost about the conquest of the country of Syria in 734 BC by you know who: The Assyrian King Tiglath-pileser! This is a model for the future destruction of Damascus.

The verses below describe the second Assyrian invasion of Israel. They also describe the future invasion of Israel by the Antichrist. Guess what? He (they) is bragging about his previous conquest of Syria!
Isaiah 10:7 Howbeit he meaneth not so, neither doth his heart think so; but it is in his heart to destroy and cut off nations not a few. 8 For he saith, Are not my princes altogether kings? 9 Is not Calno as Carchemish? is not Hamath as Arpad? is not Samaria as Damascus? 10 As my hand hath found the kingdoms of the idols, and whose graven images did excel them of Jerusalem and of Samaria; 11 Shall I not, as I have done unto Samaria and her idols, so do to Jerusalem and her idols?
Assyrian King Sennacherib is speaking here. So is the future invader of Israel. He is recalling previous victories over Syria and northern Israel.

Second Magog is the Antichrist and Erdogan is Magog! Ezekiel 38:2-3 calls Magog the “chief prince” amongst his brothers. The Hebrew words mean “primary governor”. Magog’s brothers settled Turkey and were set over provinces. Most Bible prophecy teachers place them there. Magog was also set over a province in Turkey. He was the most prominent prince amongst his brothers. So the end time Magog is the “primary governor” of Turkey. I feel comfortable in calling him the Prime Minister of Turkey don’t you!?
Eze 38:1-3 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:

According to Ezekiel 38 & 39 Magog leads two end time invasions into Israel. Ezekiel 38 describes a Turkish led battle joined by Iran, Libya, and Sudan. Ezekiel 39 obviously describes the battle of Armageddon. So if Magog leads the battle described in Ezekiel 39, and the Antichrist leads the battle of Armageddon then Magog is the Antichrist. Let’s not forget that these two invasions are modeled after the Assyrian invasions. The first started with an invasion into Syria followed by an invasion into northern Israel. The second Assyrian invasion was into southern Israel. What’s the point of knowing that the Antichrist is called the Assyrian if we are just going to forget? The Antichrist will invade Syria plus northern Israel then come back latter to invade southern Israel. These are the battles of Gog and Magog in Ezekiel 38 and 39.

The Antichrist is also called a “prince” and “a little horn”. Magog is called the “chief prince”. If a big horn is a King, then a little horn is a prince! A Prime Minister is a “chief prince”! Now Turkish President Erdogan was Prime Minister of Turkey from 2002 to December 2014!

Third Libya, Iran, and Sudan are all fighting in Syria today! This is a list of the nations that the primary governor of Turkey will lead in an invasion into Israel according to Ezekiel 38:5!

So Erdogan will invade Syria, destroy Damascus, and then lead these armies in an Invasion into northern Israel. The invasion ito northern Israel will not go well. Some sort of 7 year peace plan will be put into place with Israel. Erdogan will break this treaty in the midst of its term. Then welcome to the Tribulation. Somewhere along this timeline Jesus Christ will come back for his Church. I am going with him.

Fourth Turkish President Erdogan is honoring the military might of the Turkish led Ottoman Empire in his new palace (see Daniel 11:37-38 below). The Erdogan palace is the largest palace in the world. Erdogan has dedicated his palace to the resurgence of Turkey as a world power as he proudly displays soldiers dressed in Ottoman era armor. By the way President Erdogan has publicly announced his intention to reestablish a Turkish led Islamic Empire!
Daniel 11:37-38 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all. 38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.

The Prophet Daniel says that the Antichrist will lead Libya and Sudan into Egypt. The Antichrist will invade Egypt by many ships (Dan 11:40). This event happens during the Tribulation period!
Dan 11:42 He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape. 43 But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps.

Erdogan is the Antichrist. He will be the ruler of the next World Empire. Jesus Christ will destroy it at his second coming. Before that Jesus Christ is coming to take his Church away to heaven. That means that Jesus is coming back very very soon!

What are Turkish President Erdogan’s plans?
Remove Assad. Reinstate Morsi.

On November 1, 2015 Turkish President Erdogan’s AKP Party won a majority of seats in the Turkish Parliament. Now that Erdogan has a mandate for his strong arm leadership what does he intend to do? In a speech made after the election Erdogan stated that his top priorities are to remove Syrian President Assad from office and replace him with a Muslim Brotherhood ruler. Next Erdogan intends to reinstate ousted Egyptian President Morsi who is also a Muslim Brotherhood figure.
You may say that this is politics as usual but the Bible tells us that both of these things are the actions of the Antichrist!
In the verse below, Jeremiah mentions two cities. Hamath and Arpad are both located in northwestern Syria. These cities are along the path of an invasion launched from Turkey headed towards Damascus. The Antichrist will invade Syria and destroy its capital city of Damascus.
Jeremiah 49:23 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.

Turkish President Erdogan also wants to reinstate Morsi as President in Egypt. In Daniel chapter 11 the Antichrist is compared to Grecian ruler Antiochus Epiphanies. Like Antiochus Epiphanies the Antichrist will also conquer Egypt. According to Daniel this event happens during the first half of the seven year Tribulation period. That means that the Resurrection and Rapture will happen beforehand!

So Erdogan and Turkey will invade Syria from its northwestern border and destroy Damascus. Turkey will also conquer Egypt. This is what the Bible says. These are also the two major goals of Turkish President Erdogan. Erdogan is the Antichrist. It is likely that the Rapture will occur before Turkey invades Egypt or perhaps even sooner! I hope that you are paying attention. It is High Time to Awake!

Because Jesus lives we will live.

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ happened three days after his death. Every person will also be resurrected. The Resurrection is the raising up again to life of the dead.
1Co 15:3-4 Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
What hope do we have that we will be resurrected? Because Jesus rose bodily from the grave we have confidence that one day we will rise likewise!
Act 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
Christ rose in his physical body. All people who trust him will also rise in their physical bodies! The verse below is part of a song. This song will be sung by the citizens of Judea at Christ’s second coming.
Isa 26:19 Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.
Jesus Christ died and then rose from the dead in his physical body. He now sits on the right hand of God in heaven.
Rom 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Because Jesus rose up alive in his body, we can have confidence that we will also rise from the dead to eternal life.
1Th 4:13-14 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
Even your loved ones who are dead will live again. All who put their faith in Jesus will rise up again in their bodies and live! We will be raised bodily and live forever with God. That’s the way God meant life to be. Life is Eternal. Can’t you see that this is true? Do not think that you won’t see your family again. You will see them if they have faith in God.
Joh 5:28-29 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
Every person will come out of the grave. The faithful believing will live. The unbelieving and wicked will be thrown into the lake of fire forever. This is called the second death (Rev 20:14). There is no coming back from the second death. Don’t harden your heart towards God. Don’t stiffen your neck! There is eternal life at stake, and eternal hell to pay! Humble yourself and pray. God will hear the prayer of an open heart. Jesus died in our place. God raised him again so we would have hope for our own resurrection.
By the way, I expect the next resurrection to occur in the next year or two. I’m going to run down to the cemetery and greet them.
Resurrection note: It may be that just as Jesus Christ was raised from the grave on the third day; that when he returns to Israel at the end of the Tribulation period he will also revive the surviving Jewish people for two days and then raise up from the dead all believing Jews since Abraham on the third day.
Hosea 6:1-2 Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. 2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

The Rapture Day!
As the last note of the trumpet is played we will be changed!
1Co 15:51-52, 1Th 4:15-17

The Rapture is a term used to describe the bodily resurrection and taking away into heaven of Church age believers. What hope do we have that we will be resurrected? Because Jesus rose bodily from the grave we have confidence that one day we will rise likewise! That is incredible news. But wait, it gets even better! Not every person who lives will die! Christians who are alive at the time of Jesus’ return will not suffer death but will be instantly transformed into a perfect undying body then taken up into heaven. That event is called the Rapture!
1Co 15:51-52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
In the Rapture we shall be changed in an instant, but not without warning. We will all enjoy a long trumpet call before we are changed, kind of like waking up with a bugle call at boot camp. The whole world will hear the noise and take notice. The bugle call will continue while an astonishing event occurs. Millions of dead people will stand up out of their graves; alive! Wow, that will certainly get a lot of attention. The Rapture will not be a quiet affair. Our bodies won’t be changed until the trumpet call is finished so please don’t worry if you are driving. You will have plenty of time to pull over. The second part of the verse above puts the Rapture in chronological order. 1) We will all hear a long loud trumpet call. 2) As the trumpet plays, the dead will rise (these are people you know, and folks who have trusted Jesus since his resurrection). 3) As the last note of the trumpet is played we will be changed!
There is even more said about the Rapture in 1 Thessalonians. We will not be caught up with Jesus in the air until the dead are raised alive. In the verse below “prevent” means to come beforehand. So the living will not meet Jesus until the dead are raised. All church age believers must be present and accounted for before we are taken up together in the Rapture.
1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
The Rapture continues in the verse below. Jesus will come down into the sky. Michael the Archangel will yell for all believers to prepare themselves. At the same time there will also be the long trumpet call. The trumpet call will be the announcement that it is time for the church to meet Jesus in the air! The dead in Christ will rise out of the grave first; then we will all meet Jesus together.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
During the Rapture, people who were previously dead, will be together with people who have never been dead (I hope that is me). they will all be taken up into the air to meet Jesus. Now that is a church bus!
1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
The words caught up in the verse above is the Greek word harpazo (har-pad’-zo). Harpazo means to seize, or catch (away, up), pluck, pull, take (by force). Harpazo is the word that we get our English word rapture from. As you can see from the definition of Harpazo it means to be taken by force. So we won’t be floating weightlessly into the sky while defying gravity. We will be lifted by some strong force. May I suggest that we will be taken to heaven the same way that every other person in a human body has been taken? In storm cloud, and cyclone, and chariots of fire!!!
2Ki 2:11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
Here is what an eyewitness had to say about the rapture of the prophet Elijah!
2Ki 2:12 And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.
In the Rapture we will be changed instantly, but not at first. We will be taken, but not until all have been raised. We will be taken by force, and not without fanfare. The rapture is an event that will take some time and gain the world’s attention.
Lord, bring peace to Jerusalem; and even so, come Lord Jesus. Amen.

Damascus, Golan Heights, Peace treaty

Three events stand between us and the beginning of the Tribulation period.
1) First Turkey will invade Syria near Hamah and Tell-Rifaat (or Arpad as described in Jeremiah 49:23-17). Then the Turkish army will march southward to destroy Damascus.
2) Second Turkey will lead the forces that are now fighting in Syria into the Golan Heights of Israel. This invasion will not go well. God will fight against them with a tremendous earthquake, torrential rain, disease, and infighting. This Turkish led invasion into Israel is known as the battle of Gog and Magog in Ezekiel chapter 38. Gog is Turkey Magog is its ruler.
3) Third an international peace treaty will be made concerning Turkey and Israel. It will have a seven year term and include provision for building a new Jewish temple in Jerusalem (Dan 9:27). This treaty officially begins the Tribulation period. The Tribulation period is a time of great wars and terrible natural disasters. It is also a time of suffering for Israel.
Sometime before the seven year long Tribulation period begins Jesus Christ will return to rescue his Church from the coming chaos.
Turkish President Erdogan is the Antichrist. He will destroy Damascus and then invade the Golan Heights. Afterwards I think that a peace deal will be made beginning the seven year Tribulation period.
